4 Pillars of Pain Band Replacement

This is a guide on how to replace a rubber band on the 4 pillars of pain device. 

 The 4 Pillars of Pain Device contains everything you need to  replace a broken rubber band. 

Under the base cap you will find a allen key. In the base cap you will find 2 spare rubber bands.

Extract the allen key and use it to remove the two bolts that no longer have a rubber band.

Insert the replacement band into the hole.

Replace the bolt.

DO NOT tighten the bolt! you only need to do it up so it is in place and there is firm resistance in turning the allen key.

Twist the band. the more you twist it the harder it will hit.

Push and hold the remaining end of the band into the other hole.

Insert the remaining bolt.

DO NOT tighten the bolt! you only need to do it up so it is in place and there is firm resistance in turning the allen key. 

Replace the allen key and base cap.

You are done. Do not forget to replace the rubber band in the base cap with one in the bag provided.
