Step by step guide
Using the Band Canon
Lift each band over the peg above where the band comes out.
Feature something
It should look like this when you have finished.
Lift the rest of the bands over the pegs.
The device should look like this now.
To activate place against the skin of the sub and press down firmly but gently. Pushing slowly will release the bands one by one. Pressing down quickly will release all the bands at the same time.
you can add power by hooking the bands over pegs that are further away thus increasing the energy in the rubber band.
In this photo there are 2 bands one is hooked on the peg vertically above its opening and one is on the one over from the peg above.
