Simple Hammer Band Replacement
Loop a food bad tie through the rubber band.
This process can be done without this this just makes it easier.
The hammer and frame can support more than one band if you want extra power in the device.
Push the food bag tie through the holes in the hammer.
If you are not using the food bas tie then squeeze the band and push it through.
Pull the band through and remove the food bag tie.
Lower the circular frame over the hammer and hold it in place.
Holding one end of the rubber band pull the other end over the peg.
